脑动脉瘤是一种由于动脉管壁病理性局部扩张产生的脑血管瘤样突起,有着较高的致死率和致残率.动脉瘤的成病机理异常复杂,关于脑动脉瘤破裂的病变机理在临床医学上迄今仍无统一定论,但普遍接受学术界认定的血流动力学因素对瘤体破裂起决定作用这一观点.血流动力学因素中,影响动脉瘤的生长和破裂的是瘤内涡流和壁面剪切应力(WSS);当瘤内存在多涡复杂结构时,动脉瘤发生破裂的概率会急剧上升.本文利用FLUENT数值模拟,建立动脉瘤内液固两相动力学模型模型,模拟人体内部动脉瘤内红细胞等有形颗粒流动情况,重点分析内部流场及有形颗粒对瘤壁的冲刷信息,确定动脉瘤破裂的潜在区域和动力学条件,为脑动脉瘤临床诊断和预防提供理论依据.
