端叠氮基聚乙二醇(ATPEG)可分别与N,N,N′,N′-四炔丙基乙二胺(1)及1,1,1-三(炔丙氧甲基)丙烷(2)固化得到交联弹性体。研究了固化时间、扩链剂用量、ATPEG分子量和固化剂对该交联弹性体力学及溶胀性能的影响。观察到ATPEG与2固化胶片的延伸率明显高于与1固化得到的胶片。不同分子量ATPEG与多官能度炔丙基化合物反应时,分子量越高,其在DMF和水中的溶胀比也越大。

Cross-linked elastomers were obtained by the curing reaction of azido-terminated polyalkylene glycols(ATPEG) with N,N,N′,N′-tetrapropargyl ethylene diamine (1) and 1,1,1-tri(propargyl oxymethyl) propane(2). The effect of the curing time, the chain-extender ratio, the ATPEG molecular weight as well as the curring agent on the mechanical properties and the swelling ratio was investigated in details. It was shown that the elongation of the elastomer prepared from ATPEG with 2 substantially exceeds that with 1. Increasing the ATPEG molecular weight results in the increase of the gumstock′s elongation and swelling ratio. Adding a chain-extender enhances the elongation and swelling ratio of the gumstock obtained from ATPEG with 1, but decreases its strength.
