在不同流延工艺条件下制备HDPE流延基膜,经过热处理后施加单向拉伸作用使流延基膜转变为微孔膜.通过差示扫描量热法、傅里叶变换红外光谱、原子力显微镜以及孔隙率和透气率表征流延基膜的取向片晶结构和微孔膜的孔结构,研究了流延工艺条件对基膜的取向片晶结构及拉伸成孔性的影响.研究表明,提高牵伸比可以明显增加片晶取向程度,使基膜获得更好的拉伸成孔性;提高流延辊温度能增加基膜结晶度和片晶厚度,取向片晶结构更加完善;施加风刀冷却可以通过形成稳定取向晶核来促进基膜形成取向片晶结构,提高其拉伸成孔性.
