采用化学分析法、超声波定点测厚和在线腐蚀监测三种方法对南蒸馏塔顶系统的腐蚀进行了监、检测, 并对结果进行了分析和讨论, 总结了南蒸馏塔顶系统的腐蚀情况, 讨论了不同监检测方法的作用, 并对今后的腐蚀监检测工作提出了建议.
Chemical analysis, ultrasonic thickness test and online corrosion monitoring have been applied in the corrosion control of the south distillation overhead system at Jinxi Petrochemical Company. This study analyzes the monitoring results, summarizes the corrosion condition of the south distillation overhead system, discusses the function of methods for corrosion monitoring and inspection, and puts forward suggestion on the future corrosion monitoring work.
