采用熔盐法制备单相BaCo_2Fe_(16)O_(27)(Co_2W)六角铁氧体,探讨烧结温度、保温时间及熔盐与反应物质量比(R)对产物物相的影响,研究了Co_2W铁氧体的静磁性能及微波吸收性能.结果表明,单相Co_2W合成条件的温度为1250℃,保温时间为4 h,熔盐与反应物质量比R=3.Co_2W铁氧体比饱和磁化强度、剩余磁化强度和矫顽力分别为60.76(A·m~2)/kg、3.78(A·m~2)/kg和70.7×79.6A/m.与溶胶-凝胶法相比,熔盐法制备的Co_2W铁氧体具有更好的吸波性能.利用熔盐法制备铁氧体是提高以铁氧体为吸收剂的复合材料吸波性能的潜在途径.
