塔河油田某井进行氮气泡沫气举产液剖面测井后发现油管和测井电缆严重腐蚀。结合现场工艺,室内模拟井下腐蚀环境并测定腐蚀速率,检测了地层水、原油和发泡剂,对腐蚀前后油管和电缆的材质、腐蚀形貌特征、腐蚀产物、金相组织及硬度等进行了分析。最终得出,井下异常腐蚀的主要原因是介质高矿化度、高cl-含量,高含硫,空泡腐蚀发作剂不稳定分解等多种因素的综合结果。据此提出防腐蚀建议措施。研究成果有助于氮气泡沫气举技术的应用,直接为现场腐蚀治理提供帮助。

After nitrogen gas lift foam and profile logging, serious corrosion of oil tube and logging cable occurred in the Tahe oilfield. The corrosion rate of oil tube was measured in simulated environment of laboratory. The formation water, crude oil and blowing agent were measured, and the material quality, characterisitics of corrosion morphology, corrosion product, metallographic structure and hardness of oil tube and logging cable were analyzed respectively. Anticorrosion measures and suggestions were also put forward according to the analyses. The research results would be helpful to the application of nitrogen gas lift foam technique, and there is also certain guiding to oil field's anticorrosion work.
