利用辉光离子渗的方法,在TC4钛合金表面首先沉积Mo耐磨涂层,然后对渗Mo层在650℃进行渗S处理,研究了渗Mo渗S复合涂层的表面结构、硬度和磨损性能.结果表明:Mo层渗S后,表面组织细化,硬度降低;渗Mo渗S复合涂层表面形成相以具有润滑作用的MoS2为主,另外还有少量Mo2C和Ti2S相;渗Mo渗S涂层的磨损速率约为TC4的1/10.
