以AZ31D镁合金为研究材料,研究了化学镀Ni-P工艺配方中络合剂对镀层的沉积速度、镀层表面形貌与结构、镀层成分及其各种性能的影响,获得了最佳工艺参数.结果表明,可以实现在AZ31D镁合金上直接化学镀Ni-P合金,并且其镀层表面光亮、均匀致密,镀层的显微硬度比AZ31D镁合金基体有明显的提高,镀层与基底的结合力良好.

The effect of addition of complexing agent in the plating bath was studied on the deposition rate,the composition and the surface morphology of the direct-electroless-plated Ni-P alloys on AZ31D magnesium alloy. Then the optimal parameters were obtained. The result showed that direct electroless plating of Ni-P alloys on AZ31D magnesium alloy may be realized with this process. The morphology of the plated coating was bright with good adherence to the substrate alloy. The microhardness of the plated coating was much higher than that of AZ31 D magnesium alloy.
