为了制备性能优异的环氧涂料,选择导电聚苯胺(PANI)作为防腐填料,通过正交实验筛选了涂料配方;运用交流阻抗讨论了浸泡温度、时间和CO2分压等因素对涂层电化学性能的影响.实验结果表明:筛选出的涂料配方为环氧树脂含量36.90%(质量分数,下同)、聚苯胺含量为0.37%、聚酰胺含量为29.52%、其他填料含量为33.21%时所制得的涂层附着力为1级、硬度为6H、耐冲击性为45 cm;随着浸泡时间的增加,涂层的腐蚀速率先增加后减小;浸泡温度从35℃升高到80℃时,涂层的腐蚀加剧;在7 MPa CO2和1 g/L硫化钠条件下,涂层主要发生的是硫离子腐蚀.
