借助电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术、透射电镜(TEM)及俄歇(Auger)电子能谱分析新型添加Ⅴ的ULC-BH钢再结晶退火过程中微观织构演变、析出行为及P晶界偏聚.结果表明:P提高ULC-BH钢{111} <112>织构强度,削弱{111} <110>织构强度,总体表现为P对γ纤维织构有利.P的添加推迟ULC-BH钢再结晶时间,在相同退火条件下,含磷ULC-BH钢晶粒尺寸要小于普通的ULC-BH钢.对于Ti含量较低的含Ⅴ的ULC-BH钢,退火过程中析出物稀少且对再结晶织构的演变影响较小,P的晶界偏聚是影响再结晶织构的重要因素.

The texture evolution,precipitation behavior,and grain boundary segregation of phosphorous of a Ⅴ and Ti-added ultra-low carbon bake hardening (ULC-BH) steel during annealing process were investigated by means of electron back scattering diffraction technique,TEM and Auger electron spectroscopy.The results show that phosphorus in the ULC-BH steel is beneficial for the formation of { 111 } < 112 > texture and detrimental for development of { 111 } < 110 > texture.The existence of phosphorus in general can improve the strength of γfiber texture of the ULC-BH steel.In addition,phosphorus addition can delay the recrystallization and refine the grain of the P-added ULC-BH steels after annealing.Furthermore,for the ULC-BH steel containing Ⅴ with low content of Ti,the precipitation is rare and has little influence on the evolution of recrystallization texture,and the grain boundary segregation of P is an important factor to affect recrystallization texture of ULC-BH steel.
