对国内某合成橡胶厂生产的聚丁二烯橡胶( BR)9000产品的力学性能进行检验,绘制X-R(或S)控制图,聚丁二烯橡胶产品的力学性能检验有较高的系统控制能力和随机控制能力,结果准确可靠。根据X-R(或S)控制图,测定聚丁二烯橡胶的25min 300%定伸应力时,系统误差控制在±1MPa的范围,随机误差应小于0.28MPa,标准偏差应小于1.5MPa;测定聚丁二烯橡胶的拉伸强度时,系统误差控制在±1.7MPa的范围,随机误差应小于4.4MPa,标准偏差应小于2.3MPa;测定聚丁二烯橡胶的扯断伸长率时,系统误差控制在±39%的范围,随机误差应小于97%,标准偏差应小于51%。

The mechanical properties of butadiene rubber ( BR) 9000 were tested,and the control chart of X-R (or S) were drawn. Based on X-R (or s) control chart,the determination of butadiene rubber 25min 300% tensile stress,the system error control in the range of ± 1MPa and random error should be less than 0. 28MPa and standard deviation should be less than 1. 5MPa. Determination of tensile strength of butadiene rubber,system error control in a range of ± 1. 7MPa,the random error should be less than 4. 4MPa and standard deviation should be less than 2. 3MPa. Determination of butadiene rubber elongation at break time,system error control in the range of ± 39%and random error should be less than 97%,the standard deviation should be less than 51%.
