本文根据迁钢公司板坯铸机生产中碳高锰钢的生产实践调查影响纵裂的因素，分析了纵裂发生的原因，通过采取一定的措施，使得中碳高锰钢的纵裂得到了控制。
In this paper, the factor causing longitudinal cracking have been investigated by analysis of the data of Slab Continuous Caster in Qian’an Iron&Steel Co..LTD produce medium-Carbon high-Manganese steel. The reason of longitudinal cracking of slab has been analyzed. Some measures have been taken to decrease the longitudinal cracking defect on the slab of medium-Carbon high-Manganese steel.
