通过热压缩试验得到了TA15钛合金在不同条件下的流动应力.以温度、应变、应变速率为输入变量,以流动应力为输出变量,建立了BP神经网络.进而利用训练好的BP神经网络建立了TA15钛合金的加工图.利用Prasad判据划分出流动稳定区与流动失稳区,并通过组织观察进行验证,从而可以为实际加工工艺的制定提供参考.
