采用化学氧化聚合法分别在高氯酸、硫酸、对甲基苯磺酸、樟脑磺酸溶液中合成了掺杂态聚苯胺,并研究了其热电性能.随着温度的升高,所有样品的电导率降低,Seebeck系数与ZT值均增加.对甲基苯磺酸掺杂的聚苯胺的电导率最高,303K时达811.1S/m,但其Seebeck系数在高温下增加缓慢.在373K以下,对甲基苯磺酸掺杂样品的ZT值最高;在373K以上,高氯酸掺杂样品的热电性能最好,在423K时ZT值达3.18×10~(-4).

Polyaniline samples doped with perchloric acid, sulphuric acid, toluene-p-sulfonic acid and camphorsulfonic acid were synthesized through oxidative chemical polymerization, and the effects of different acidic media on the thermoelectric properties of polyaniline samples were investigated. With increasing the testing temperature, the electrical conductivities for all the samples decrease while the Seebeck coefficients and ZT values increase. The toluene-p-sulfonic acid doped polyaniline possesses the highest electrical conductivity, reaching 811.1S/m at 303K, but the increase, of its Seebeck coefficient is much slower than that of the other samples in the high-temperature region, which makes the sample have the largest ZT value below 373K. Above 373K, the sample doped with perchloric acid shows the best thermoelectric performance, with ZT value reaching 3.18×10~(-4) at 423K.
