研究了25钢在290、310 ℃热浸锡的扩散行为,通过扫描电镜、线扫描等方法分析锡原子在基体表面的扩散.结果表明,外部锡原子扩散前具有的动能转变为进入基体内部的势能,而锡原子扩散进入基体表面的深度由原子间碰撞角度决定;由此得出扩散均匀层及非均匀层锡原子所具有的势能值.25钢与锡之间粘接强度随扩散锡原子势能值增加而增大,由实验结果得出扩散反应在20 min达到平衡,其粘接强度达到最佳值.
