用3,3',4,4'-联苯四甲酸二酐(BPDA)和5,5'-(六氟异丙基)-二-(2-氨基苯酚)(6FHP)合成了含氟聚酰亚胺有机聚合物.首先是合成了经酰胺化的主链上带有活性羟基的含氟聚酰亚胺,再通过Mitsunobu反应将活性生色分子分散红19(DR19)共价链接到聚酰亚胺的侧链骨架上而得.采用衰减全反射测定了聚合物的折射率和热光系数,该聚酰亚胺具有较大的热光系数,在650nm处其值为-2.72147×10-4℃-1,这为研制具有低驱动功率的新型数字热光开关具有一定意义.

In this experiment,a fluorine-containing organic polymer was synthesized using 3,3',4,4'-Bisphenyltetra-carboxylic(BPDA)and 2,2-Bis (3-amino-4-hydroxyyphenyl)hexafluoropropane(6FHP).It is a first-step preparation of a preimided hydroxy-containing polyimide followed by covalent bonding of an active chromophore,dispersed red 19(DR19),onto the backbone of the polyimide via Mitsunobu reaction.The attenuated-total-reflection(ATR)technique was applied for measuring the absolute values of refractive index n and its thermo-optic coefficient dn/dT.The polyimide had higher thermal-optic(TO)coefficient which could reach-2.72147×10-4/℃at 650 nm.These showed that the polyimide polymer could be made a low loss optical communication device and optical switch with low driving power.
