合成了3种亲水性胆甾醇液晶化合物,HOCH2CH2OCOOChol (n=2,3,4),用元素分析法、红外光谱、差热分析以及偏光显微镜观察对其结构进行了表征,利用聚氨酯与上述液晶化合物制备复合膜,研究了液晶性能对聚合物/液晶复合膜抗凝血性能的影响。结果表明,胆甾醇液晶化合物有利于改善聚合物材料的抗凝血性能。

The property of liquid crystal is very important factor for improving blood compatibility of polymer/liquid crystal composite membranes. In this work, five kinds of liquid crystal compounds,[N-4-(methyoxybenzyli-dene)-4′-heptylaniline](MBHA), 4-pentyl-4′-nitrile-biphenyl(PNP), cholesteryl oleyl carbonate(COC), cholesteryl trithylene glycol carbonate(CTGC), cholesteryl tetrathylene glycol carbonate(CTeGC) were selected as additive to prepare composite membranes for researching the effect of different kind of liquid crystal compound on the anticongulation. The results show that the anticongulation of polymer/cholesteric liquid crystal composite membranes archin was better than that of polymer/nematic liquid crystal composite membranes. It is very important that the anticogulation of polymer/hydrophilic cholesteric liquid crystal composite membranes is best within the range of our study.
