通过不同的热处理工艺制度.研究20Cr14Co12Mo5高性能轴承钢的组织以及硬度、冲击韧性、抗拉强度和屈服强度等力学性能的变化规律.研究表明:不同热处理工艺对材料显微组织与力学性质具有显著影响规律,在一定的热处理制度下,20Cr14Co12Mo5可达到表面硬度HRC 51.0,R_m为1840MPa,R_(0.2)为1410MPa,A为17%,Z为62.5%,A_(ku)为75 J·cm~(-2),K_(Ic)为108MPa·m~(1/2).

The relationship between microstructures and mechanical properties of bearing steel 20Cr14Co12Mo5 are researched with different heat treatment. The results show that microstructures and mechanical properties are influ-enced by heat treatment with different heat treatment, the mechanical properties of the bearing steel can obtain HRC 51.0, R_m of 1840 MPa, R_(p0.2) of 1410 MPa,A of 17%,Z of 62.5%,A_(ku) of 75 J·cm~(-2) ,K_(Ic) of 108 MPa · m~(1/3).
