对鞍钢大型厂在线超声波探伤仪检测出的U75V钢轨轨腰报警部位进行了金相组织、非金属夹杂物、扫描电镜等常规检验,结果表明,在钢轨轨腰探伤报警处存在长度超过2.0mm的异常大硅酸盐类非金属夹杂物及组织偏析,分析认为异常大硅酸盐类非金属夹杂物是引起U75V钢轨轨腰探伤报警的主要原因。
To find out the unqualified reason of the detected rails, we checked metallurgical structure、non-metallic inclusion and scanned the non-metallic inclusion component。We found the silicate inclusions longer than 2mm in the unqualified railwaists, and it is believed that the disqualifications are due to the effects of exceptional silicate non-metallic inclusions.
