将纯Al,Ti,B粉进行真空热压反应烧结,成功地制备了原位生长TiB_2增强Al复合材料。生成的TiB_2具有亚微尺寸,基本无点阵缺陷。这种复合材料具有高的室温强度和模量,以及良好的高温性能。

The in situ forming TiB_2 reinforced AI composite was favourably prepared by reaction-sintering of pure AI, Ti and B powders under vacuum. It is of microsize and free from lattice defect practiclly. A superior room temperature strength and modulus, as well as good elevated temperature properties were obtained as comparison with that of pure Al.
