通过溶液共混法制备了改性聚乙烯醇(VE-PVA)与不同类型聚乙二醇(PEG)的共混复合材料,分别研究了相对分子质量、含量、不同端基类别的聚乙二醇对VE-PVA/PEG复合材料性能的影响.通过差示扫描量热分析、动态力学分析、拉伸测试、动态流变测试等考察VE-PVA/PEG复合材料的热性能、力学性能及流变性能.结果表明,PEG和VE-PVA是相分离体系,各自形成独立的晶相.PEG在一定程度上会阻碍VE-PVA结晶,降低其结晶温度和结晶度.PEG对VE-PVA有明显的增塑和润滑作用,能降低熔体黏度,改善体系加工性能.而且PEG中端羟基含量越大,增塑作用越强.当PEG质量分数小于10%时,能提高复合材料的断裂伸长率.
