简述了COREX工艺流程,开发了建立在物料热量平衡方程组上的COREX工艺静态模型。根据COREX工艺操作设定输入参数,模型能够计算出原料和熔剂消耗、渣量及成分和熔化气化产生煤气量及成分。利用模型能够研究操作参数和原料化学成分、配比及温度的改变对COREX工艺物流和能流的影响,结果表明:模型能够为优化COREX工艺提供帮助。

COREX process is briefly introduced.A static model combining a set of mass and heat balance equations was developed. Setting the input parameters according to the operation of COREX process, the model is capable to calculate the consumption of raw materials and fluxes, the volume and composition of the slag and the volume and composition of reducing gas from the meltergasifier. The model enables to examine the change in mass and energy flows induced by the change in operational parameters, chemical composition of raw materials and temperature.The model can be used in optimization of operational parameters of COREX process.
