新世纪以来,中国钢铁生产连创粗钢产量突破2亿t,3亿t的新纪录,其重要原因之一是钢铁科技创新繁荣。当前,建立高效、低成本的洁净钢生产体系已成为钢铁工业结构调整的重点任务。作为洁净钢生产关键技术之一的铁水预处理技术正快速推进(2005年铁水预处理已接近1亿t),并形成纯镁和镁基复合脱硫剂喷吹法铁水预脱硫,石灰基脱硫剂喷吹和搅拌脱硫、转炉铁水脱磷等多种方式并存的局面,而且都有朝高效率、低成本方向发展的良好势头。

In the new century, the output of crude steel in China has been increased over 300×106 t due to the technical innovation of steel industry. Nowadays, the key target of structural readjustment of steel industry is to build a system for high efficient and low cost production of clean steel. The hot metal pretreatment as one of key technologies of clean steel production is under rapid development (around 100×106 t hot metal were pretreated in 2005). The magnesium, magnesium based reagents, lime based reagents and stirring for desulphurization and dephosphorization in converter are used and modified for higher efficiency and lower cost.
