分析了变频电机端部过电压及定子内部电压分布不均的产生机制和对变频电机绝缘的影响。结合相关国际标准,讨论了对变频电机绝缘开展局部放电检测的必要性,并对比了现有局部放电检测技术的优缺点。根据快速上升/下降沿的连续方波电压下变频电机局部放电的检测特点,阐述了适用于变频电机局部放电型式试验和接收试验的局部放电检测技术。

The generation mechanism of terminal overvoltage and uneven distribution of voltage for invert-er-fed motors and their impacts on the inverter-fed motor insulation were analyzed. Combining with relat-ed international standards, the necessity to detect partial discharge of inverter-fed motor insulation was dis-cussed, and the advantages and disadvantages of current partial discharge detection technologys were com-pared. According to the PD detection characteristics under repetitive square wave voltage with short pulse rising or falling time, the PD detection technology, which is suitable for type test and acceptance test of inverter-fed motors, was stated.
