利用脱合金的方法以低铝含量的Ti6A14V合金为前驱体,以NaOH溶液为电解质,成功制备了纳米多孔泡沫钛合金.通过动电位极化和恒电位极化对该体系的脱合金行为进行表征.结果表明:该体系的临界电压值为0.6 V.在临界电压附近,电流密度很快衰减.电压恒定在2.1 V时,电流快速增加到峰值后保持恒定.这是由A1的快速持续溶解所致.
