为了提高树脂基复合材料的使用寿命,以脲醛树脂为壁材,双环戊二烯为囊芯,通过原位聚合法制备了内含修复液的微胶囊,探讨了反应过程中脲醛量比及乳化剂用量等对微胶囊表面形貌和结构的影响.通过优化工艺条件制备出表面致密的微胶囊,并将微胶囊埋植在环氧树脂基体中制备复合材料.采用扫描电镜对胶囊进行形貌表征,运用快速傅里叶变换红外光谱对其化学结构进行表征.通过拉伸试验和有限元分析对自修复材料的断裂力学性能进行了研究.研究表明:当尿素、甲醛的物质的量比为1∶2,乳化剂的用量为0.5%,所制备的微胶囊表面致密;修复反应可以在复合材料内部发生.

To improve the healing performance and increase the service life of the polymer matrix composites,microcapsules with urea formaldehyde resin as wall material and dicyclopentadiene as core material were prepared by in-situ polymerization method.The effect of the dosage of urea,formaldehyde and emulsifier was investigated.By optimizing the conditions,the microcapsules with compact surface were dispersed well in an epoxy matrix for using in the self-healing system.The morphology and shell thickness of microcapsules were characterized using scanning electron microscopy,and the chemical structure of the microcapsules was confirmed by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.Mechanical properties of the self-healing polymeric materials were measured by tensile test and finite element method analysis.The results show that the microcapsules had compact structure with proper molor ratio of urea to formaldehyde(1∶ 2) and concentration of emulsifiers(0.5%).Healing was triggered by crack propagation through the microcapsules,which then initiated polymerization and healing of the crack inside the composites.
