    通过全浸腐蚀试验、极化曲线、电子探针(EPMA)以及场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)研究了在AZ91D镁合金中添加稀土元素MMDiYNdGd Ho后的耐蚀性规律.添加稀土元素后,AZ91D镁合金的耐蚀性得到不同程度提高,合金中的β相减少,出现含有稀土元素的第三相.添加稀土元素的合金的阴极极化行为减弱,腐蚀电流减小.

    The present study investigates the effect of added rare earth(MMDiYNdGd and Ho)on corrosion resistance of AZ91D magnesium alloy by means of experimental methods such as weight loss,electrochemical measurement,electron probe microanalyzer(EPMA)and field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM).The corrosion resistance of the alloys with rare earth addition is enhanced more or less.In the alloys with rare earth elements,the amount of β phase decreases and other new phases containing rare earth element appear.For the rare earth added AZ91D magnesium alloy,the cathodic polarization behavior weakens and the corrosion current density decreases.
