通过分子模拟方法,在微观水平上研究了纳米TiO2和水分子对双酚A型环氧树脂(DGEBA)-二乙基甲苯二胺(DETDA)体系电性能的影响。结果表明:与纯环氧树脂体系相比,纳米TiO2的加入能够有效提高体系的耐电击穿性能;水分子的存在会降低体系的耐电击穿性能。
The effects of nano-titanium dioxide and moisture on the electrical properties of DETDA-DGEBA epoxy resin system were studied theoretically via molecular simulations method. The results show that compared with the pure epoxy resin, the nano-titanium dioxide can enhance the electri-cal property of the system, while the moisture would weaken the electrical property of the system.
