通过固相反应法制备了(BixNa1-x)0.94Ba0.06TiO3(x=0.5,0.505,0.51,0.515)陶瓷,研究了Bi3+含量对陶瓷样品结构和性能的影响.结果表明,Bi3+含量的变化并不影响陶瓷样品的相结构,所有样品均为纯的钙钛矿结构.当x=0.515时,样品具有更细小的晶粒尺寸.Bi3+含量的变化对样品的压电性和铁电性影响很大,随着Bi3+含量的增加,陶瓷样品的压电和铁电性逐渐减小;当x=0.515时,压电和铁电性消失,铁电陶瓷转变为反铁电陶瓷.
