通过热模拟实验的方法研究了合金元素C、Mo、Nb含量对X100管线钢带的微观组织和显微硬度的影响。结果表明,随着C、Mo、Nb含量增加,实验钢显微组织中的板条贝氏体比例增加,显微硬度明显提高。但是,C、Mo含量较高时,钢中的马氏体/奥氏体(M/A)组元含量增加,尺寸增大。通过对碳当量的讨论得出,X100热轧钢带的合金设计应该综合考虑各种合金元素的影响,碳当量最好能控制在0.55附近。最后针对X100热轧钢带提出了一个优化的成分范围。

Effect of C, Mo and Nb on microstructure and microhardeness of X 100 pipeline steel was studied. The results show that with the increasing of C, Mo and Nb content , the volume fraction of lath bainite increases, as well as the microhardeness of the steel improves significantly, but when the content of C, Mo is higher, the volume fraction of M/A islands is more and the its size is bigger. The alloy design for X100 pipeline steel should consider the combination effect of all the alloying elements by discussing the carbon equivalent. Finally, an optimized composition range is obtained for X100 hot-rolled strip steel based on the experiments.
