以锆英石和碳黑为原料,利用碳热还原反应在氩气气氛下合成了ZrO2-SiC复合材料,并将其作为添加剂应用于Al2O3-C质耐火材料中. 研究了加热温度对ZrO2-SiC复合材料合成的影响以及添加ZrO2-SiC复合材料对耐火材料抗氧化性能的影响. 研究结果表明,将锆英石和碳黑的混合物加热至1600 ℃并保温4 h时,可以很容易地合成ZrO2-SiC复合材料,并且通过添加合成的复合材料,Al2O3-C质耐火材料的抗氧化性能得到明显的改善.

ZrO2-SiC composite was synthesized from zirconite and carbon black by carbothermal reduction reaction in argon atmosphere, and it was as the additive to apply in Al2O3-C refractories. The effect of the heating temperature on the synthesis and the addition of the synthesized composite on the oxidation resistance of the Al2O3-C refractories were studied. The research results showed that the synthesized composite could be easily obtained by heating the mixture of zirconite and carbon black at 1600 ℃ for 4 h in argon atmosphere, and the oxidation resistance of the Al2O3-C refractories could be obviously improved by adding the synthesized ZrO2-SiC composite.
