研究了三聚磷酸钠、聚乙二醇和分散氧化铝3种分散剂对刚玉细粉-铝酸钙水泥-硅微粉和刚玉细粉-α-Al_2O_3微粉-Al_2O_3/SiO_2凝胶粉组成的2种刚玉质浇注料基质浆体流变特性的影响.采用NXS-11A型旋转粘度计测定了2种浆体在不同剪切速率(D_s)下的剪切应力(τ),计算了相对应的粘度(η),根据料浆的τ-D_s和η-D_s曲线,确定了料浆的流变特性.研究结果表明:在刚玉细粉-铝酸钙水泥-硅微粉混合浆体中,三聚磷酸钠和聚乙二醇的分散效果较好,且合适的加入量分别为0.1%和0.05%~0.1%;在刚玉细粉-α-Al_2O_3微粉-Al_2O_3/SiO_2凝胶粉混合浆体中,ADW1的分散效果较好,且最佳加入量为0.25%左右.

The effects of three types of dispersants (TSP, FS20 and ADW1) on the rheological behavior of the suspensions of the corundum base castable matrixes(alumina fine powder-calcium aluminate cement-microsilica and alumina fine powder-ultrafine alumina-Al_2O_3/SiO_2 xerogel) were investigated. The shearing stresses (τ) under different rates of shear (D_s) were measured by rotary viscosimeter (NXS-11A), the corresponding viscosities (η) were calculated, and the τ-D_s, η-D_s curves were employed to characterize the rheological behavior of the suspensions. The results show that in the system of alumina fine powder-calcium aluminate cement-microsilica, about 0.1% trimetric sodium phosphate or 0.05%~0.1% FS20 addition is appropriate. In the system of alumina fine powder-ultrafine alumina-Al_2O_3/SiO_2 xerogel, about 0.25% ADW1 addition is appropriate.
