用Python脚本生成复合材料三维细观力学有限元结构模型以及施加代表性体积单元(RVE)所需的周期性边界条件,运用Abaqus材料子程序UMAT建立材料的损伤模型,研究周期性温度变化下纤维增强复合材料代表性体积单元(RVE)在横向拉伸载荷的作用下组分相损伤的演化过程以及最终产生基体裂纹破坏的趋势.并与文献中的实验结果进行对比,从细观尺度表征了周期性温度变化对横向拉伸载荷作用下复合材料失效模式的影响.从模拟结果可以看出,纤维和基体的热物理性能不同使得纤维牵制基体的热变形,将会加快纤维/基体破坏,直接在垂直于载荷的应力集中区域产生连续界面脱黏.
