利用超声电沉积方法,在烧结NdFeB表面沉积Ni—P舍金。研究了不同超声功率对沉积速度、沉积表面形貌和耐蚀性的影响。实验结果表明,超声电沉积速度随着超声功率的增加而增加,但当功率增大到一定值后,沉积速度趋于稳定。并且超声电沉积所得Ni—P合金表面均匀、致密,结合力强,耐蚀性较好。沉积表面粗糙度随超声功率的增加而降低。

Ni-P alloys were made on sintered NdFeB magnet using ultrasonic electrodeposition. Effect of ultra- sonic power on deposition rage, surface morphology and corrosion resistance were studied. Results show that the increase of ultrasonic power, the deposition rate was increased, and the surface roughness decreased. Sub- jected to the ultrasonic field, the electrodeposited Ni-P alloy got finer and more compact. In the ultrasonic field, the corrosion resistance of Ni-P alloy was improved effectively.
