介绍了塔里木油田产出水的特点、环氧重防腐涂料的性能特点以及它们在塔里木油田现场的应用现状，通过对应用效果的评价表明，环氧重防腐涂料不仅具有抗多种侵蚀性介质腐蚀的能力，而且具有机械性能高、抗渗透性强特点.适于各种容器、管道等构件的内外防腐，具有广阔的应用前景.
This paper mainly introduced the characteristics of the yield water by oil production at Tarim oil-field, the properties of epoxy coating for heavy duty and its application at Tarim oil-field.By evaluation of the effectiveness the epoxy coating applied at the oil-field,we confirmed that epoxy coating shows not only the excellent corrosion resistance and permeation resistance to various media,but also high mechanical property. It can be applied as both the a internal and external coating for pipeline of various containers and pipings for heavy duty service,having vast applied foreground.
