研究了由TiO_2颗粒和TiO_2溶胶组成的复合TiO_2溶胶,以及其电泳制备涂层的光催化性.实验发现复合溶胶的Zeta电位小于相应的溶胶Zeta电位.对于溶胶在不同温度下煅烧制备的TiO_2粉末进行XRD表征,结果表明随着煅烧温度升高,粉末结晶程度提高,从200 ℃开始出现锐钛矿TiO_2晶相,在550 ℃出现金红石型TiO_2.光催化性能表明,由溶胶而得到的TiO_2涂层的光催化性能要好于复合TiO_2溶胶的光催化性能.

Composite TiO_2 sol composed of TiO_2 particles and TiO_2 sol was prepared, and photocatalytic properties of the coatings prepared by electrophoresis deposition were investigated. It was revealed that zeta potential of composite TiO_2 sol was smaller than that of corresponding TiO_2 sol. The TiO_2 powder was prepared by firing the TiO_2 sol at different temperatures. The results show that higher temperatures improve the titania crystallinity. Anatase TiO_2 peaks appear at 200 ℃, and rutile TiO_2 peaks appear at 550 ℃. The experiments of photocatalytic properties show the photocatalytic properties of sol are better than that of composite TiO_2 sol.
