运用湿化学法在石英玻璃衬底上制备了ZnO纳米线阵列,用SEM、XRD和分光光度计对其形貌、晶体结构和发光性能进行了表征。结果表明:所制备的ZnO纳米线为六角纤锌矿结构,其直径为60~200nm,长度为0.1~3μm;ZnO纳米线的光致发光(PL)峰值为380nm,在波段为340~380nm时有很强的吸收峰,具有优越的紫外光响应特性;ZnO纳米线阵列具有高度取向性。

ZnO nanowire arrays were prepared on quartz glass substrate by wet chemical method.The morphology,crystal structure and optical properties of ZnO nanowires were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and spectrophoto meters.The results show that the ZnO nanowires were hexagonal wurtzite structure,the diameter and length of nanowires respectively were 60-200 nm and 0.1-3 μm.Photoluminescence(PL) peak value of the nanowires was 380 nm,and a strong absorption peak appeared in PL patter from 340 nm to 380 nm,indicating that the nanowires had excellent ultraviolet response characteristic.ZnO nanowire arrays had high orientation.
