研究了交联剂用量对吸油膨胀橡胶性能的影响,采用傅里叶转变红外光谱(FT-IR)、热失重分析(TGA)、饱和吸油倍率和吸油速率对加入不同过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)剂量的吸油橡胶的结构、热性能、饱和吸油倍率和吸油速率进行表征.结果表明,随着DCP加入量的增大,参与副反应的丙烯酸丁酯有所增加,吸油橡胶的耐热性能和饱和吸油倍率得到有效提高;而在相同时间段里的吸油速率则呈现出先升高后降低的趋势.
