对22SiMn2TiB超高强度钢进行了不同工艺的热处理,随后对其进行了拉伸、冲击和硬度试验,以研究回火温度对试验钢力学性能的影响,并采用光学显微镜和透射电镜研究了不同温度回火后钢的显微组织.结果表明,在较低温度回火能提高钢的冲击韧性;回火温度升高,由于渗碳体的析出,会产生回火脆性,冲击韧性降低.经920℃淬火、225℃回火的试验钢具有良好的综合力学性能.

22SiMn2TiB ultra-high strength steel was heat treated by different processes,then was subjected to tension,impact and hardness tests to reveal the effect of tempering temperatures on its mechanical properties.The microstructure of the steel was investigated by using OM and TEM.The results showed that the steel tempered at lower temperature offered higher impact toughness,and that as the tempering temperature increased the impact toughness reduced because of temper brittleness caused by precipitation of cementite in the steel.The investigated steel quenched from 920 ℃ and tenpered at 225 ℃ showed good comprehensive mechanical properties.
