通过测定聚乙烯醇水溶液表观黏度随时间的变化,并结合结构分析,研究了低温(10℃)环境中聚乙烯醇聚合度、醇解度及质量分数对聚乙烯醇水溶液稳定性的影响。结果表明,当醇解度、质量分数一定时,聚合度越大,聚乙烯醇水溶液越容易发生凝胶;当聚合度、质量分数一定时,醇解度越大,聚乙烯醇水溶液的稳定性越差;当聚合度、醇解度一定时,质量分数越大,聚乙烯醇水溶液发生凝胶的时间越短。在此基础上,确定了醇解度99%的PVA水溶液发生凝胶的临界质量分数和凝胶化时间。

The stability of poly (vinyl alcohol ) (PVA) aqueous solutions with different alcoholysis degree, polymerization degree and concentration was investigated by the measurement of apparent viscosity at 10℃. The results show that, with the increase of polymerization degree, PVA aqueous solution with the same alcoholysis degree and concentration changes to gelatin more easily. The larger alcoholysis degree is, the poorer stability of PVA solution with identical polymerization degree and concentration has. The results also demonstrate that, the apparent viscosity of PVA solution increases with the increase of PVA concentration. The critical concentration and gelatin time of PVA aqueous solution with 99 % alcoholysis degree were al~ determined.
