采用热时效的方法对反应堆压力容器锻件、焊缝金属的热稳定性进行了研究.结果表明,第二相强化与固溶强化的共同作用使得锻件、焊缝金属的抗拉强度、屈服强度在时效过程中均呈先上升后下降(在500 h时达到峰值)的趋势.焊缝中的Mn-Si-Al-O夹杂物的析出促进了针状铁素体的非均匀形核,焊缝金属的组织更细小,相对母材具有更高的热稳定性.
