通过双螺杆挤出机,采用不同增韧荆的冲击改性,制备了微胶囊化红磷和磷系阻燃剂RC200阻燃的高性能丙烯晴-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)树脂,发现10份乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(EMA)增韧体系具有优异的综合性能,阻燃性可达到UL94V0级,冲击强度可达到78J/m,有较好的加工流动性.而且发现相对于高软段含量的聚氨酯(TPU),高硬段含量的聚氨酯具有更好的阻燃性.极限氧指数(LOI),UL94燃烧测试结果表明,纳米蒙脱土(MMT)具有显著的阻燃协效作用,热失重分析(TGA)结果表明,MMT能大幅度提高阻燃ABS体系的热稳定性,提高残炭量.
