采用粉末冶金方法制备了不同石墨含量的铜/碳复合材料,并借助于自制的载流摩擦磨损试验机研究了摩擦速度、石墨含量对铜/碳复合材料摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明:随着石墨含量的提高,复合材料摩擦因数及载流效率逐渐降低,磨损率先降低随后升高,石墨质量分数为10%时材料磨损率最小;同时随着摩擦速度的提高,摩擦因数及磨损率均逐渐升高,载流效率随石墨含量的不同呈现不同的变化趋势。

Copper-graphite composites with various graphite contents were prepared by power metallurgy process, and the effects of friction velocity and graphite contents on the tribological properties of the composites were studied with a self-made pin-disk tester. The results show that the friction coefficient and current-carrying efficiency of the composites decreased with the increase of the graphite content, and the wear rate reduced at first and then increased, giving the minimum when graphite content was l0wt%. When the friction velocity rose, the friction coefficient and wear rate gradually increased, hut the current-carrying efficiency performed different tendency with various graphite contents.
