文中运用光学显微镜和扫描电镜分别观察了消光膜表面的织态结构和本体形貌,证实了聚烯烃消光膜表面织态结构和其本体形貌具有相似性,表面织态结构是本体形貌的一定程度的"复制".为了减小聚烯烃消光膜中各组分间的相对黏度,文中选用了一种流动性改善剂,以增加各组分的分散性和减少相畴的尺寸,由此对表面织态结构的不均匀性进行调控,从而成功解决了聚烯烃消光膜消光不均匀的质量缺陷.

The wide size distribution of relieve and the non-uniform distance among bumps on polyolefin matt film surface cause heterogeneous light scattering, as a result in silver plot also. We took photos of surface textures and bulk morphologies of polyolefin matt films by optical microscopy and scan electron microscopy respectively. The images verify that there are similarity between surface textures and bulk morphologies. Then we employed a selected plasticizer-like agent and decreased the viscosity ratio among components, hence domains size as well. At the same time, the size and height of bulges, and the space among them, also decrease, and induce more uniform light scattering than before. So uniformity of surface light scattering of matt film was achieved by controlling the bulk morphology in this paper.
