本文采用棒材缺口试样研究了Cd-Ti镀层在3.5%NaCl介质中引起30CrMnSiNi2A钢后脆的现象。通过不同通气条件下恒电位极化破断试验,电化学渗氢试验、阴极极化曲线的测定、人工闭塞电池等的研究,以及对断口形貌特征的分析,讨论了Cd-Ti镀层后脆产生的原因。

The post-plating embri ttlement of Cd-Ti coated high strength steel 30CrMnSiNi2A in 3.5% NaCl solution has been studied. Notched specimens are used for tests. The stress vs time to fracture curves under potentiostatic polarization, the potentiodynamic cathodic polarization curve and the electrochemical hydrogen permeability have been measured under different aerated conditions. The phenomenon of the auto-acidification in artificial occluded cell and the characteristic fractography of the notched specimens have been observed and analyzed. The reason for post-plating embrittlement of Cd-Ti coated high strength steel and the way to avoid such embrittlement have been suggested.
