基于现有炼钢工艺设备,对马钢2号板坯连铸机浇注AH36钢采用的轻压下方式及工艺参数进行试验研究,结果表明:采用静态辊缝轻压下方式存在很大的局限性,其最优方案为采用1号静态辊缝曲线和动态轻压下DSC3组合;在保证扇形段对弧精度及辊缝控制精度的基础上,通过优化轻压下参数,改善了铸坯中心偏析质量,使AH36铸坯中心偏析等级由平均B1.5提高至C1.0。

Based on the existing steelmaking technical equipments,soft-reduction method and continuous casting technical parameters when casting AH36 steel on caster No.2 of Masteel was studied.The result shows that: the method of soft reduction by static gap have much limitational,the best project is adopting static gap curve No.1 with No.3 dynamic soft reduction together.On the basic of segment guarantee the accuracy of arc and roll gap control accuracy,by optimizing the parameter of soft reduction,the quality of slab has been improved,and the average grade of the center segregation for AH36 increases from B1.5 to C1.0.
