    在不同合金钢材料表面成功制备了化学镀Ni-P合金层.形貌与结构分析表明,化学镀Ni-P合金层表面均匀、致密,结构为非晶形和一些微晶;热震试验表明镀层与基体的结合力良好;浓HNO3试验和3.5 mass%NaCl溶液浸泡试验表明镀层的腐蚀速率远低于基体材料,能对基体合金钢起到防护作用.

    In this paper,study on the morphology and microstructure of Ni-P electroless platings on the surface of alloy steels showed that the coating was uniform and dense,and it was amorphous.Thermal shock test indicated the adhesion of the coating was good.By corrosion test,it was shown that the corrosion resistance of Ni-P alloy coating was better than the substrates,and it was a good way to improve the corrosion resistance of alloy steels.
