采用磷酸阳极氧化处理工艺对铝箔网进行了处理,对铝箔网的表面形貌进行了分析,并分析了复合材料铝箔网导电层的耐候性能,包括耐海水腐蚀、耐冷热疲劳及热氧老化性能。结果表明,磷酸阳极氧化处理后,铝箔网表面生成了一层疏松多孔的阳极氧化膜,可以增大铝箔网表面与复合材料的粘接界面面积,复合材料铝箔网导电层粘接副的抗拉剪强度随海水腐蚀时间、冷热疲劳次数以及热氧腐蚀时间的增加而下降。相对于未进行磷酸阳极氧化处理的铝箔网,磷酸阳极氧化处理复合材料铝箔网导电层具有良好的耐候性能。

The aluminum foil mesh samples were anodized in phosphoric acid solutions. The surface microstructure of aluminum foil mesh samples was observed and analyzed. The weather resistance of aluminum foil mesh conducting layer composite was analyzed, including seawater resistance, thermal fatigue resistance and thermal-oxidative aging. The results showed that a porous film was formed on the surface of the anodized foil mesh, and the bonding interface area of aluminum foil mesh and composite material increased. With the increase of seawater corrsion time, thermal fatigue resistance time and thermal-oxidative aging time, the shear strength of double-bonding of aluminum foil mesh conducting layer composite decreased. The anodized aluminum foil mesh had good weather resistance than the non-anodized one.
