采用溶胶一凝胶法和浸渍法制得了Eosin Y染料敏化光催化剂Eosin Y-TiO2和Eosin Y-TiO2/SiO2,以可见光分解水制氢考察了催化剂活性,通过XRD、UV-Vis漫反射、BET和电化学对样品进行了表征.结果表明,伊红-Y敏化使TiO2对400~600nm可见光有强吸收.SiO2复合抑制了TiO2的相转变和晶粒生长,提高了TiO2对染料的吸附和对可见光的吸收,促进了光生电子和空穴的分离,提高了TiO2光催化活性和稳定性.
