以往,对化学镀Ni-P镀层与基体的结合力仅有少量的定性检测研究.为此,采用化学镀技术在45钢表面制备了Ni-P合金镀层,通过扫描电镜以及EDS能谱分析考察了镀层的微观组织以及镀层中P含量的变化.利用划痕仪定量分析讨论了镀层与基体的结合力.结果表明:镀层致密,P含量随着pH值的升高而降低,基体经过抛光处理获得的镀层失效临界栽荷大于100 N,未经抛光的为68~90 N;抛光处理后获得的镀层经过热处理后其失效临界载荷降低为60~85 N.
